结合加速鲁棒特征点与边缘检测的双相机标定物体尺寸测量

Object Size Measurement with Accelerated Robust Feature Point and Edge Detection for Dual-camera Calibration


摘要(Abstract):

为了准确、低成本、简便地测量工业产品的尺寸参数,提出双相机标定的物体尺寸测量方法;利用低分辨率相机简化检测过程中的计算量,缩短检测时长;新增辅助相机实时更新测量距离,解决目标相对相机位置发生变化的情况;应用环形照明模块持续补光,确保工件边缘的稳定性,解决检测精度受限于光照环境影响的问题,并基于目标检测的加速鲁棒特征点与边缘检测相结合,同时利用亚像素插值法,最大限度地减小目标测量的误差。结果表明,所提出的测量方法可将测量误差减至0.7%,与现有测量方法相比,具有测量精度高、处理时间短、抗噪声能力强等优点。
