壳聚糖改性及改性壳聚糖应用研究进展

Research Process in Chitosan Modification and Application of Modified Chitosan


摘要(Abstract):

针对壳聚糖产量多、可再生和性能优良的性质,但因只溶于酸性溶液而应用范围受限的不足,综述壳聚糖的改性方法和亲水改性壳聚糖、疏水改性壳聚糖的应用,包括酰基化改性、羧基化改性、季铵化改性、羟基化改性和烷基化改性;根据改性壳聚糖的特点和性质,介绍亲水改性壳聚糖和疏水改性壳聚糖在食品添加和包装、药品包装、活性成分包载与释放、皮革涂饰和工业废水处理领域的应用研究和成果,指出壳聚糖作为一种重要的生物多糖,未来的研究重点是开拓壳聚糖基材料在医疗器械、药物包载与靶向传递、绿色包装材料的应用范围,积极配合国家碳达峰、碳中和战略。
