加氢催化生物柴油引燃汽油可视化

Visualization on Hydrogenated Catalytic Biodiesel Igniting Gasoline


摘要(Abstract):

为了改善内燃机燃烧与排放,探究双燃料反应活性控制压燃燃烧规律,分析缸内直喷喷油策略对发动机燃烧特性的影响,采用光学发动机,针对进气道喷射汽油、缸内直喷加氢催化生物柴油的双燃料燃烧模式,通过调节加氢催化生物柴油的喷油时刻和喷油比例,对发动机燃烧过程进行试验分析。结果表明:随着缸内直喷加氢催化生物柴油比例的增加,循环燃烧压力峰值和放热率峰值增大,燃烧相位提前,放热滞燃期与化学发光滞燃期均缩短;当喷油时刻靠近上止点时,缸内燃烧压力与放热率呈现先增后减的趋势,在喷油时刻为上止点前20°时缸内燃烧效果最好。
