Cleanup Ten Pesticide Residues in Strawberry with Using Hexagonal Boron Nitride Nanosheets Modified QuEChERS Method


摘要(Abstract):

为了建立一种快速、简便、有效的草莓中多种农药残留的净化方法,利用六方氮化硼纳米片改进QuEChERS法;在水-乙腈溶液系统中初步提取目标物,加盐进行萃取、分层,最后将六方氮化硼纳米片用于分散固相萃取,对样品进行净化;在多反应监测模式下,采用高效液相色谱串联质谱法对样品进行分析。结果表明,10种农药残留质量比的线性范围均为0.1~500 mg/kg,相关系数为0.999 2~0.999 8,农药残留的方法检出限为0.000 5~0.001 mg/kg,定量限为0.002~0.003 mg/kg,精密度相对标准偏差为2.24%~5.98%,重复性相对标准偏差为2.25%~6.25%,样品回收率为86.03%~106.3%。
