Optimal Ordered Charge and Discharge Strategy for Electric Vehicles Considering Price Incentive


摘要(Abstract):

针对电动汽车的无序充放电操作给配电网造成电压、谐波等诸多问题,提出一种考虑价格激励的电动汽车最优有序充放电策略;首先,考虑峰谷电价差,从电价成本角度对电动汽车充电和放电的电价上、下限进行定量分析;其次,考虑电网稳定性以及不同时段内用户进行充放电的成本与收益,将峰谷差率最小和用户日平均充电成本最小作为优化目标,构建考虑价格激励的最优有序充放电时序控制策略模型,并应用非支配排序遗传算法对目标函数进行求解;最后,对典型案例进行求解分析。结果表明,所提出的最优有序充放电策略能够对电动汽车用户的充放电时段进行合理调整,减小配电网负荷峰谷差率,提高用户的经济效益。
