沸石咪唑酯骨架ZIF-8修饰整体柱制备及在线检测软骨藻酸应用

Preparation of Monolithic Column Modified with Zeolitic Imidazolate Framework ZIF-8 and Online Detection of Domoic Acid 

摘要(Abstract):

针对管内固相微萃取技术中普通整体柱比表面积小、结合位点少和作用效率不高的问题,基于有机金属框架柱后衍生原位生长技术,制备比表面积大、金属位点多的沸石咪唑酯骨架ZIF-8修饰整体柱,对整体柱的结构及性能进行表征,并将其与高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测技术联用,进行花蛤和贻贝中软骨藻酸的在线富集及检测分析。结果表明:ZIF-8修饰整体柱的聚合结构紧密均匀,比表面积为230.92 m2/g;花蛤和贻贝的贝肉样品中软骨藻酸的检测限达到0.3μg/kg,花蛤和贻贝中软骨藻酸的加标回收率分别达到(92.4±2.5)%~(94.5±1.0)%、(91.4±2.4)%~(92.6±1.5)%。
