Assessment of Greenhouse Gas Emissions in Life Cycle of China’s Dairy Industry Production


摘要(Abstract):

为了准确量化中国奶业生产过程对温室气体排放的贡献,综合考虑二氧化碳CO_2、甲烷CH_4、一氧化二氮N_2O 3种主要温室气体和饲料种植、饲料加工、奶牛养殖和奶制品加工4个生产环节,区分具有不同生产水平和管理方式的放牧系统、小农户散养系统、合作社系统和集约化系统4种生产系统,采用生命周期分析法核算2020年中国奶制品生产的温室气体排放量。结果表明,2020年中国奶制品生产链的总温室气体排放量(以二氧化碳当量计)为5 171.53万t,其中CH_4是最主要的温室气体,奶牛养殖环节的肠道发酵是最大的温室气体排放源,集约化系统是温室气体排放最多的生产系统;2020年中国生产液态奶、奶粉和其他奶制品的温室气体排放强度(以二氧化碳当量计)分别为1.47、 12.99、 12.50 kg/kg;相比于其他生产系统,集约化系统生产原料奶的温室气体排放强度最低。
