尿石素A抗衰老作用机制研究进展

Research Progress on Anti-aging Effect and Mechanism of Urolithin A


摘要(Abstract):

针对尿石素A肠道微生物转化存在显著个体差异及其多层级抗衰老机制尚未完全阐明的现状,综述尿石素A的代谢网络与多层级抗衰老机制,揭示该物质在衰老相关疾病中的防治潜力;阐述尿石素A以鞣花单宁为底物,通过尿石素M5为中间体的代谢网络产生的反应过程,从分子、亚细胞、组织和组织微环境3个层面系统分析尿石素A发挥抗衰老作用的主要信号通路网络,其中,分子层面体现为抗氧化和抗炎功能,亚细胞器层面表现为促进线粒体自噬与功能修复,组织与组织微环境层面涉及修复皮肤组织,促进肌肉和骨骼健康,抑制致病菌与调节肠道微生物;基于尿石素A在神经退行性疾病、心血管疾病、癌症、 2型糖尿病和肥胖等衰老相关疾病的防治中发挥着重要作用,探析其通过信号通路发挥衰老相关疾病防治作用的机制。尿石素A被视为极具前景的抗衰老药物,其抗衰老研究尚处于临床前研究阶段,未来将在衰老相关疾病防治中具有重要临床研究价值和应用前景。
